For a problem in a session, include the room link, what you were doing and any error message. Don’t send passwords, API keys, browser identity cookies or sensitive ticket content.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction or removal requests, include the room link and the name you used. We may need to check that the information relates to you. Clearing browser storage does not remove shared room data.
Report a security issue
Please report suspected security problems privately using the contact above. Describe how to reproduce the issue with a test room and avoid including other people’s data.
