Cross-space content updates
Refresh linked pages when shared content changes.
Description
Some content is reused in more than one space. When the original changes, the linked pages need to show the updated version too.
Acceptance criteria
- An update to shared content appears on pages that link to it.
- Show when the linked content was last refreshed.
- Handle content that is deleted or no longer accessible.
Questions to clarify
- How quickly should linked pages update?
- What happens if a linked space has different permissions?
- Do existing links need to be migrated?
